Lisa Archer
Lisa’s passion for real estate began early, growing up in a construction family where evenings were often spent flipping through house plan books and imagining the life each home could hold. That early fascination with design and livable spaces led her to pursue degrees in Interior Design and Speech Communication, combining a creative eye with a strong foundation in communication.
She has co-owned and operated a design-build firm in the past, working hands-on in the planning, design, and construction of custom homes. This experience gave her a practical understanding of how homes function from the inside out, from layout and materials to quality craftsmanship and long-term value, insight she now brings directly to her clients.
Her professional path has always centered on serving people. Clients often share that they feel truly seen, heard, and understood when working with her, like they’re meeting with a trusted longtime friend.
Today, she brings that same care, clarity, and advocacy to real estate. Lisa believes buying or selling a home is more than a transaction, it’s a meaningful life transition, and she is committed to helping each client move forward feeling confident, informed, and fully supported.
Helping people find the right place to land isn’t just her work, it’s a responsibility she takes to heart.
